Custom Orders

We recommend placing custom bouquet orders at least 24 hours in advance. For large orders (75+ roses) or special occasions, 2–3 days notice is ideal so we can source the freshest premium roses for you.

Absolutely! Use our online bouquet builder to choose the number of roses, rose color, wrapping paper, bouquet shape, add a message banner, and select add-ons like bows, LED lights, teddy bears, and more.

Yes! During the bouquet builder process you can add a Custom Message Banner for just $8. Type your personalized message and we'll beautifully display it across your bouquet.

Delivery

Yes! We deliver to Carol Stream, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Winfield, Naperville, and surrounding areas. Delivery is free on orders over $150 in our local zone. Check our delivery zones at checkout for pricing.

General

With proper care, our premium roses typically last 7–14 days. We include a care card with every order. Tips: trim stems at an angle, change water every 2 days, and keep away from direct sunlight and fruit.

Yes! You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Once you reach 100 points, you can redeem them for discounts on future orders. Points are tracked automatically when you log in with your email.

Payments

We accept Cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment details are provided at checkout. For custom and made-to-order bouquets, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering.

Products

We carry Red, Pink, White, Hot Pink, Yellow, Peach, Lavender, Burgundy, and Mixed Colors. Premium colors (Peach, Lavender, Burgundy) have a small upcharge. Availability may vary by season.
