Platform refund policy

This page is about fees paid to Chicago Software Guys for the CustomItems software, not about a bouquet you bought from a shop.

• The trial does not charge a card. There is nothing to refund for the trial itself.
• A monthly platform fee, once charged by Stripe, can be cancelled for future months from Billing. A refund of a month already charged is decided case by case by Carlos Zermeno. Email [platform support email].
• The commission plan takes a percent of a card sale from the seller's payout. If that sale is refunded to the customer through Stripe, the platform fee on that sale is reversed with the refund.
• Offline payments (cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App) never pass through the platform, so the platform cannot refund them.
