Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Chicago Software Guys (Carlos Zermeno, Chicago-area, IL, USA) for use of the CustomItems software, and between you and Posh Petals Florals for the flowers or other goods you order. The platform is the software. The shop is the seller of the bouquet.

Age

This is not a service for children. You must be at least 18 to open a seller account. To place an order you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, which is 18 in Illinois.

Seller trial and plans

A new shop can start a trial without a card. The length is the number of days configured for the platform (14 unless the operator changed it). When the trial ends and there is no active paid plan, the shopfront pauses. A plan marked free for life by the platform operator does not pause. Prices shown at signup come from the platform's Stripe prices or from the configured display amounts. The platform fee on the commission plan is taken from the seller's card payout. It is not added on top of the customer's order total. Stripe's own processing fee is separate and is Stripe's, not a hidden platform fee.

You can cancel a paid platform plan from Billing. Cancelling stops future platform charges. It does not delete past orders.

Orders

An order is a request to Posh Petals Florals. The shop accepts it by confirming it. Pickup, delivery, deposits, and refunds follow the shop's refund policy and the notes at checkout. If you pay offline (cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App), the shop marks the payment when they actually receive it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape other people's data, or to send marketing to people who did not opt in.
